As a first-time home buyer, we went to an open house a few months back not ready to buy but my wife and Jill clicked right away. Jill knew the home was above what we wanted to spend and she even showed my wife some properties she wasn't even an agent on in our price range during the open house. A month later when we were ready my wife demanded I call Jill to see if she would be our agent and 6 weeks later, we moved into a new home.
